Windward Hospitality was formed in 2002 by Peter Tierney and Michael Moore as a hospitality management company. In addition to managing the Turtle Club restaurants, Windward Hospitality also manages the Vanderbilt Beach Resort in Naples. Mick Moore joined the company in 2005 as a partner in the operating businesses and as Vice President and General Counsel. Megan Miller joined the company in 2007 as Director of Human Resources.
